Patrick has over 20 years of experience in the MSP and IT services industry, driven by a deep passion for helping managed service providers succeed. After operating his own MSP for 15 years, he identified a significant gap in backup protection and reporting, leading him to found Backup Radar. Today, thousands of MSPs rely on Backup Radar’s services to enhance their operations. Following a successful exit from Backup Radar, Patrick launched MSP Process, a platform dedicated to improving communication and security between MSPs and their clients. Patrick has a passion for driving efficiency for MSPs and is excited for the future of the MSP market with all of the advancements in AI.

Over the course of his career, he has founded and operated multiple successful companies in these sectors, driving innovation and scaling businesses to significant success. Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Greg is actively involved in the startup ecosystem as a venture capital and private equity investor, as well as a mentor and coach to emerging founders. His strategic insights and hands-on approach have helped numerous startups refine their go-to-market strategies, secure funding, and achieve sustainable growth.

Chris Reid is the VP of Product Management at MSP Process. With over 15 years of experience in Product Management and an extensive background in the MSP market, Chris has moulded the Engineering and Product Management teams at MSP Process into a high-performing team of code-slinging ninjas who consistently deliver features that delight customers and solve real-world problems. In his spare time, Chris plays the guitar (poorly), tells ‘Dad Jokes’ (horribly) and enjoys doing foolish things like mini triathalons.
