MSP Process’s obligations under this Privacy Policy only cover the electronic data that MSP Process collects from you, your company, and/or your clients in the course of providing the Services to you. WHAT INFORMATION MSP PROCESS COLLECTS FROM YOU
MSP Process collects two (2) basic types of information about you, your company, and/or your clients in connection with the Services.

HOW MSP PROCESS COLLECTS INFORMATION FROM YOU
MSP Process may collect Personal Information when you, your company, and/or your clients use the Services including, without limitation, registering for Services, creating and maintaining accounts, filling out surveys, submitting an inquiry through the website, through cookies, log files, third-parties (such as Google Analytics), corresponding with MSP Process, or otherwise volunteering information about you, your company, and/or your clients. Our primary purposes in collecting this information are to provide you with a customized, efficient, and easy to use experience when using the Service and to better understand how users access and use the Services to provide offers and make improvements.
HOW MSP PROCESS USES YOUR INFORMATION
MSP Process may use Information collected from you, your company, and/or your clients in the following ways:
1. System Administration and Providing Services. MSP Process may use Personal and Non-Personal Information in furtherance of providing you, your company, and/or your clients with the Services and administering, supporting, protecting, and improving the Services and for purposes of communicating with you and your agents. MSP Process may use Personal and Non- Personal Information to bill and collect fees for the Services. MSP Process never stores credit card data on our servers.

MSP Process may use Personal Information to send e-mails to you and/or your agents related to the Services (including your accounts thereunder), including confirmation to verify the accuracy of any information you and/or your agents have provided and to provide any instructions or assistance related to the Services and/or your (or your agents’) use thereof. MSP Process may also send emails to you and your agents to verify your respective identities and/or to notify you and your agents if MSP Process believes your (including your agents’) use of the Services violates any applicable agreement between you and MSP Process related to the Services. 3. Combining Data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MSP Process may combine the various types of data that MSP Process collects with other data that MSP Process collects from you, your agents, and MSP Process’s other customers and business partners.
DISCLOSURE
MSP Process may disclose Personal Information under special circumstances, such as when required by law or when your actions violate our Terms of Service. In addition, in the event MSP Process goes through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition with or by another company, your information will, in most cases, be transferred to the new company. MSP Process takes every precaution to protect all private information. When users submit sensitive information via the Site, or through the Services, their information is protected via industry- standard SSL encryption. We also do everything in our power to protect user-information offline.
