MSP Process Acquires Triggr, Expanding Its Automation Platform for MSPs

NEW ORLEANS, La. — September 22, 2026 — MSP Process, a provider of identity verification, communications and workflow automation solutions for managed service providers, today announced that it has acquired Triggr.

The acquisition expands MSP Process’s platform with technology designed to help MSPs automate service delivery, reduce repetitive technician workloads, improve operational efficiency and deliver a faster, more consistent customer experience.

Triggr provides MSP-focused automation capabilities across several products:

• Triggr Core, a self-service Level 1 automation platform that allows MSPs to deploy and manage automated workflows.
• Triggr Studio, a managed, done-for-you automation service that helps MSPs design and implement operational automations.
• Triggr OS, a chat-driven platform-control layer being developed to make MSP systems and workflows easier to operate through natural-language interactions.

The acquisition advances MSP Process’s strategy of building a unified platform for the operational and communication workflows connecting MSP technicians with their customers. The combined platform will address end-user and technician verification, automated service-desk resolution, AI-assisted voice and chat interactions, ticket analysis, workflow orchestration, on-call routing and secure information exchange.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
